Hard Boiled and Peeled Eggs

We work with BRC accredited manufacturers in Europe and are suppliers to manufacturers and wholesalers in the sandwich and ready meal industries.  We are able to offer boiled eggs (enriched cage, barn, free range and organic) in the following packaging formats, depending on customer preferences:

• Buckets in brine
• Polybags in brine
• MAP polybags in cartons
• Pallecons

Graded products – 4, 5, 10, 12 and 14 dozen

Graded eggs lie within specific banded weight ranges and therefore the eggs are uniform in size. Graded products are bought primarily by wholesalers and ready meals manufacturers who use the boiled eggs in the final product bought by their customers and need consistency of egg size and weight.

Ungraded products – 3, 6 and 7kg

Ungraded eggs incorporate a wider variety of egg sizes (small and medium), and are therefore often cheaper than the graded products.  Ungraded products are used by manufacturers in the sandwich industry and some wholesalers where the boiled eggs are chopped and used to produce sandwich fillings, such as egg mayonnaise.
