Whole Egg
Cocovite whole egg is available in 1kg, 2kg, 10kg, 500kg and 1000kg pack and pallecon sizes. It can be produced with varying percentages of solids and salt and (depending on the product) the shelf-life can be up to 56 days after production. Liquid whole egg is available in both standard and free range formats.Egg White
Cocovite egg white is available in 1kg, 2kg, 10kg, 500kg and 1000kg pack and pallecon sizes. It can be produced with varying percentages of sugar and there is also a 'high-whip' product that is ideal for making food such as meringues. The shelf-life varies from 21 to 56 days after production depending on the product. Liquid egg white is available in both standard and free-range formats.Egg Yolk
Cocovite egg yolk can be delivered in 1kg, 2kg, 10kg, 500kg and 1000kg packs and pallecons. It is available with 10% salt and has a shelf-life ranging from 21 to 56 days after production depending on the product. This product is also available in both standard and free range formats.Scrambled Egg Mix
This is a new addition to the Cocovite range and is ideal for large caterers as the mix guarantees a consistent product with the usual Cocovite quality.
