Our chicken products are sourced primarily from Thailand and Brazil but we also have processing plants in Europe. All of our suppliers are BRC accredited, with a number of manufacturers also possessing Halal certification. These products are available in vacuum packaging as well as individually quick frozen (IQF).
STEAM-COOKED CHICKEN
We can supply diced, sliced, strips, whole fillets and inner fillets. In addition to breast meat we also offer steam cooked thigh meat and a natural proportion product (which is a mixture of breast and thigh meat).ROASTED & CHARGRILLED CHICKEN
All of our roast chicken products are pure breast meat. It can be supplied in diced, sliced, strips and whole fillet formats. We also supply roast chargrilled fillets and inner fillets.FLAVOURED CHICKEN
Our range of flavoured chicken includes Tikka, Cajun, Chinese and Mexican (fajita). These products are steam cooked and available as butterfly fillets and single fillets. Alternatively they can be purchased as diced, strips or sliced breast meat.HEN AND TURKEY MEAT
Cooked on the bone, these products are completely natural (without any additives or added water) and can be supplied in strips or as diced product.
