Boiled & Peeled Eggs
We offer graded eggs sold by the piece as well as ungraded eggs that are sold by weight. The most common units for graded eggs are 4 dozens, 10 dozens, 12 dozens and 14 dozens. Ungraded egg is sold by the kilogramme and is usually packed in buckets or polybags and sold in 3kg, 6kg and 7kg sizes. All of our boiled and peeled eggs are available as standard and/or free-range.Egg Mayonnaise
Egg mayonnaise can be bought in mixed pallet quantities (although we have a minimum order requirement of 350kg). We can deliver in combinations of 1kg, 2kg, 2.5kg and 10kg buckets. This product is also available in standard and free range formats.Omelettes
We can supply fresh, chilled omelettes as well as frozen omelettes. The frozen omelettes are available as plain or with ham/cheese. The chilled omelettes are only available plain and have a 21 day shelf-life.
